Governments at all levels have been told to invest more in classical music in order to have more Nigerians perform on the world stage.
The call was made in Abuja at an event to mark the world classic music day celebration.
Organisers of the event noted that there is also a need for private organisations to invest in Classical Musicians from primary to tertiary institutions so as to catch those interested in the genre of music at a young age.
