Justice Musa Sambo, the Chairman of the Election Petition Tribunal for the House of Representatives for Ikom Boki Federal Constituency, has declared the All Progressives Congress (APC), Victor Abang as the winner of the Feb. 25 National Assembly Election in the Area.
The Tribunal in its judgment, Tuesday struck out the petition from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, for Ikom /Boki Federal Constituency, Attah Ochinke for lack in Merit.
Speaking shortly after the judgement, the Winner, Victor Abang called on the petitioner to work with him in moving the Federal Constituency forward.

He said there was no Victor no vanquish,but an opportunity to serve his people.
Ochike had approached the tribunal to declare him the winner of the election, claiming he had the majority votes but for irregularities perpetrated by the winner.
