Special Marshals To Monitor Flow Of Traffic In Borno During Eid Celebrations

600 Regular and Special Marshals of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) will be on the ground to ensure the free flow of traffic and an accident-free Eid-el- Kabir celebration in Borno State.

The  Sector Commander, Sanusi Ibrahim, made this known in a statement, made available to newsmen in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.

Ibrahim says, his men will also ensure that motorists comply with COVID-19 safety measures, in terms of physical/social distancing and the wearing of face masks.

He also says that his personnel, have already identified and will be paying special attention to some of the areas, known for gridlock, especially in the state capital.

Ibrahim lists the areas to include the Ramat Square, Dandal, Bolori and Government House Roundabouts, Maduganari Bypass, the Post Office and the Monday Market Areas.
