Miss Benita Bisong has emerged winner of the Raypower 106.5 FN Spelling Bee Competition for the month of July 2020.
The programme is organised to keep primary and secondary schools students engaged during the forced holiday occasioned by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Benita defeated Chidiebere Ihekaronye in the finals to cart away the star prize of a customised e-Learning tablet phone courtesy of Brain Friend Cinfores Solutions.
It is the second edition of the Spelling Bee Show on Raypower 106.5 FM Port Harcourt, which attracts hundreds of participants in primary and secondary schools via telephone.
The finals in the studio between Benita Bisong and Chidiebere Ihuzuronye dragged into 3 rounds before the winner could emerge.
Miss Bisong expressed delight and commended Chidiebere for making the final quite competitive.
Parents of the finalists also commended Raypower FM for organising such an intellectual programme to keep students busy during the pandemic .
The Spelling Bee Show continues in the month of August.
