The caretaker committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Niger state says it is doing all it could to ensure transparent, credible, free and fair congress
Chairman of the committee Garba Chiza made this known in a media briefing at the party secretariat in Minna, the state capital.
Garba Chiza adds that on the extension of the sales of form, the committee had followed laid down rules as the national secretariat of the party okayed the sales to allow wide inclusion of interested persons.

He reiterates that the committee will not in any way take orders from individuals or groups to frustrate the task ahead of ushering new leadership structure of the party
He appeals to stakeholders to allow peace to prevail as the party is one large family.
