The Traditional Ruler of Avianwu Community, in Etsako Central Local Government Area of Edo state, Jackson Etokhena has assured Governor Godwin Obaseki and the campaign train of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, that the community will work for his success in the September 19 governorship election.
The Ogie-Avianwu of Avianwu, Jackson Etokhena, who gave the assurance when he received the campaign team of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in his palace said his community cannot afford to play opposition politics.
The campaign team of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP for the September 19 governorship election has gone round the ten wards of Etsako Central Local Government Area, which includes Anegbette, Udaba,Ugochi ,Oghomere, Ekperi,Avianwu,Ogbona and Fugar, to canvass for votes.

A message of hope was given to the people who thronged out in large numbers to receive them, as governor Obaseki promised to do more in infrastructural development, agriculture revolution and human capital enhancement if reelected.
