Barely a week after the former Special Adviser, Health to Kwara State Governor, Professor Wale Suleiman resigned his appointment another official, Aisha Ahman-Pategi has tendered her resignation.
Aisha Ahman- Pategi who was until her resignation the Commissioner for Special Duties, was few weeks ago moved from the Ministry of Local Government and chieftaincy Affairs to her new ministry.
She had barely settled in when she suddenly resigned.
Speculations were rife about frosty relations between Pategi and some officials in her office over alleged diversion of N300m meant for the local government development projects.
Aisha confirmed her resignation in a press release she personally signed without stating any particular reason for the action.
