Christian pilgrims commission proposes 3-day peace, conflict resolution sessions in Southern Kaduna

The Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission, NCPC has concluded its Peace Mission tour to Southern Kaduna.

It has also proposed a 3-day Peace and Conflict Resolution interactive sessions between the people, the state govt and the security operatives.

The Executive Secretary of the commission, Yakubu Pam, made this known at the last lap of the tour to the area.

The first point of call was to the residence of the Chairman, Southern Kaduna Christian Association, Bishop Simeon Peter Mutum.

He promised to address the issue of the aggrieved youths, but tasked the state govt to uphold fair justice in its intervention, to stop the attacks.

The Emir of Jama’a, Muhammad Isah, at his palace said, it is a must for the people to live in peace and harmony, irrespective of ethnic and religious differences, for quick development in the area.

This is the first time the Nigeria Christian Pilgrims Commission will embark on a peace mission in the country, to stop insecurity, by bringing the aggrieved persons on board, through its 3 day peace seminar in Kaduna.
