The Progressives Governors Forum, PGF, has described the attack on Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State and the committee on Baga reconstruction by Boko Haram terrorists as distractions aimed at stopping efforts to return life to normalcy in the area.

In a message by the Chairman of the umbrella body of the All Progressives Congress Governors, Abubakar Bagudu of Kebbi, he wants Nigerians to be strengthened by the determination of Governor Zulum to expedite the peacebuilding process in Borno and the entire North-East geo-political zone.

The PGF noted that the strategies and tactics currently being adopted by Borno state Government have been effective which seem to put the terrorist at the edge.

The Governors commiserated with families of those who were killed and pledged its unwavering support for the fight against Boko Haram.
