Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress, Lagos State chapters have described the court injunction preventing members from embarking on strike to protest the inhuman treatment meted out on Joe Ajaero, president of the Nigeria Labour Congress last week in Owerri, Imo state as a sabotage to members collective struggle for justice.

The NLC spokesperson in Lagos, Adejumo Ismail, who made this known after monitoring the industrial action to protest Ajaero’s plight, however, noted that the compliance level was low on first day of the strike.
