House of Representatives

House of Representatives is set to amend relevant laws to hold erring police officers accountable for their conduct in the performance of their duties.

The lawmakers are also seeking to compel the police force to take responsibility for the failure of training and discipline that leads to such violations of human rights by amending section 215 paragraph 5 of the 1999 constitution as amended.
