A member of the National Assembly has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to ensure that the 2024 budget has instruments that would enable small and medium scale businesses in rural areas rebuild stand the test of time.
The member representing Kaltungo Shomgon Federal constituency in the House of Representatives Obed Shehu stated this at the distribution of relief materials by the National Emergency Management Agency to individuals affected by flood that ravaged different communities in the state.

A time to give some support to these individuals in the light of current economic realities.

For the recipients, they remain grateful for the support and pray the federal government brings up more policies that could help them revive their businesses in the light of natural and economic realities.
