Only 24 Covid-19 patients have been discharged across Nigeria in the last 24 hours with the total number of successfully treated cases put at 51,735.
Meanwhile, Nigeria has recorded 163 new Covid-19 infections in 12 states as the number of confirmed cases rises to 60,266 in last 24 hours.
The State with new Covid-19 cases include Lagos-113; Kaduna-21; Osun-8; Ondo and Oyo-5 each; Ogun-3; Bayelsa and Taraba-2 each; Edo, FCT, Katsina and Plateau-1.
There has been no new Covid-19 related deaths reported across Nigeria as the national death toll from the infection remains 1,115.
