ENDSARS protest: 14-year-old protester dies in Amukpe Sapele LGA

ENDSARS PROTEST

A 14-year-old protester, has been crushed to death by a moving truck in Amukpe, Sapele Local government Area of Delta State.

The deceased was among thousands of peaceful protesters demanding for an end to Police brutality and Bad governance in the country.

Although the circumstances surrounding the death of the unidentified teenager was unclear, although an eyewitness says the deceased made a mistake of jumping into a moving truck, while the protest was ongoing.

Despite the ugly incident, protesters continued their march through the streets of Sapele and Oghara.

In the same vein, the sapele protesters who blocked the Benin- Warri highway, making it difficult for motorists to access the route, also demanded the swift rehabilitation of the Benin -Warri road.

The Oghara group of the Endsars protesters, also called on the Inspector General Of police to discontinue with the formation of the special weapons and tactical unit SWAT.
