The EndSars protesters along the Benin/ Lagos Expressway by the University of Benin main gate, Ugbowo, and its environs say they will not stop the protest which seeks to end bad governance in Nigeria despite the twenty-four curfew imposed by the Edo State government.

The protesters who blocked one lane of the high way by the University gate on Wednesday distributed tags to their members as means of identity to differentiate them from the hoodlums who are not part of the protest.

The 24-hour curfew imposed by the Edo state government on Monday seems not to have any effect on commercial activities in the state, as some motorists and residents are going about their normal duties with no security operatives on the ground on the Benin/Lagos Expressway to enforce the restriction of movement.

From the Uselu axis to Uwasota, through to Adolor Junction en route to the University of Benin main gate, the End SARS and bad governance protesters are all over continuing the protest.

The protesters along the Benin/ Lagos Expressway condemned the killings of their colleagues at Lekki tollgate in Lagos by military men saying that the movement to liberate Nigeria from bad governance cannot be truncated by force.

They, therefore, called on all youths of Edo state not to relent in the struggle for a better Nigeria.
