Just In: Security operatives arrest NYSC Orientation Camp looters

The Combined security operatives have arrested some of the looters who broke into the National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp in Kubwa, Abuja.

Those arrested were seen begging for mercy to be released in this picture.
