As Muslims all over the world commemorate the birth of Prophet Mohammad, Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, is preaching peace, honesty, generosity, humility, sincerity, and love to one another irrespective of their religious inclinations.
He also enjoined Muslims to emulate Prophet Mohammad.
The Governor in a statement issued by his Senior Special Assistant on Media, Muktar Gidado, sought special prayers for a peaceful nation in the face of the current security challenges in different parts of the country.
Governor Mohammad said his government will not condone any act that is capable of causing rancour and disorder.

He warned that any person or group of persons found to be involved in such acts under whatever guise will be dealt with according to the law.
