Some residents in Warri, Delta State are clamoring for peace between the government and the youths in the aftermath of the EndSARS protests, They say they want the government to be fully committed to meeting the demands of the youths who were yearning for a better Nigeria.

The sudden turn of events during the peaceful nationwide ENDSARS protests that degenerated to the destruction of some public and private properties has been greatly condemned.

In the aftermath of the protests, many are of the opinion that dialogue and genuine commitment on the part of government was what was required to douse tensions and prevent another round of unrests.

Many are however hopeful that the recent town hall meeting held in Warri between the governor and the youths will consolidate moves towards peace.
