Meanwhile, 8 states have reported 111 new Covid-19 infections with the total number of confirmed cases in Nigeria now 62,964.
The states with new Covid-19 cases include Lagos-49; FCT-30; Rivers-11; Plateau-10; Ogun-4; Kaduna and Oyo-3 each; Osun-1.
There are 2 more Covid-19 deaths recorded in Nigeria in the last 24 hours with the national death toll put at 1,146.
