There are 212 new Covid-19 infections reported from 17 states across Nigeria as the total number of confirmed cases gets to 64,728.
States with new Covid-19 cases include Lagos-71; Imo and Plateau-26 each; FCT-19; Ondo-17; Kaduna-14; Rivers and Oyo-9 each. Others are Katsina-6; Osun-4; Bauchi, Ekiti, Nasarawa and Ogun-2 each; Kano, Kwara and Taraba-1 each
Meanwhile, 53 Covid-19 patients have been discharged across Nigeria in the last 24 hours with the total number of successfully treated cases now 60,790.
There is no new Covid-19 death recorded in Nigeria in the last 24 hours as national death toll remains 1,162.
