The family of late Benson Obode, a twenty Seven-year-old, who was allegedly murdered and his corpse concealed for one month, in two thousand and fifteen by five Police officers of the now-disbanded Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS is asking for justice for their late brother and son.

The counsel for the Obode’s family, Abraham Oviawe, told the Judicial Panel of Inquiry, in a petition, that the alleged killers have escape from prison custody in Benin City, as a result of the recent jail breaks, perpetrated by hoodlums who attacked the correctional centre during the Endsars protest.
Abraham Oviawe told the panel that the five Police officers responsible for the dastardly act are currently at large.
The case has been adjourned to Tuesday, the twenty fourth of November.
