Female Lawyers in Nigeria have again been charged to take a stand towards that ensuring justice is served to vulnerable persons in the country.
This was the central message at the International Federation of Women Lawyers Annual General meeting in Jos, the Plateau State Capital on Friday
The gathering of Female Lawyers from across Nigeria is to strategically build their capacity towards Service delivery For Justice.

Top on the agenda, are the issues of protection of the Rights of Women and Children and the administration of Criminal Justice.
Other issues of concern that came up at the meeting are that of Violence Against Persons Prohibition Act and the full implementation of the Child Right Act.
The program which is to last 3 days is expected to enhance participant’s Capacity towards effective service delivery for Justice.
