Ondo State House of Assembly has confirmed Olayide Adelami as the Deputy Governor of the State.
He was confirmed at a plenary presided over by the Speaker of the House, Olamide Oladiji.
This is sequel to the submission and consideration of a report by the House Selection Committee chaired by the Speaker, Olamide Oladiji.
The House had earlier conducted a screening exercise for the Deputy Governor Designate at the assembly complex early on Thursday.
The Speaker who ruled in favour of the confirmation, congratulated the Deputy Governor designate and urged him to put in his best for the development of the state.
