The President of the court of appeal, Justice Monica Dogban, has constituted the Zamfara state house of assembly election petition tribunal, sitting in Kaduna state.
The appeal court president made this known in Gusau in a press statement signed by the secretary, Zamfara state national and state houses of assembly election petition tribunal, Hassana Ogunfuwa.

The statement said, the venue of the tribunal is the high court of justice complex, Kaduna.
It says, the registry of the tribunal is open for business, in line with paragraph 133(3) a and b of the electoral act, 2010 as ( amended).
