Women and People living with disabilities in Gombe state have called on the State electoral body to ensure they participate in the forthcoming Local Government Elections.
The group also called on political parties to create a wider political space to enable them participate in politics.

The Gombe State Independent Electoral Commission on its part promised to ensure the interest of the group is adequately protected.
The onus now lies on the Gombe State Independent Electoral Commission to deliver credible exercise.
