A group of motorcycle operators on Monday took to the streets of the Delta State capital, Asaba to protest the killing of two of their colleagues allegedly by members of the State Government Enforcement Task Force.
The protest which took place in the neighbourhood of Okpanam in Oshimili South and North LGAs led to attacks on businesses around the popular Midwifery Market and Delta State Post-Primary Education Board along Summit Road Asaba.

According to the State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Bright Odafe, the said victim died on Sunday night with security operatives stepping in to bring the situation under control.
