The sacked Chairman of Special Investigative panel for the Recovery of Public Property, Okoi Obono-Obla, and two others have been arraigned before an FCT High Court on allegation of diversion of funds recovered from the public and Certificate forgery.
They pleaded not guilty to the ten count charge leveled against them by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission , ICPC.
