The Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom has refuted insinuations that he is nursing a presidential ambition.
In a statement by his chief press secretary Terver Akase, he appreciated his supporters and interest groups who took to their social media handles to call on him to join the 2023 Presidential race.
The Governor however explained that his preoccupation at the moment is delivering good governance to the people of Benue State.
Ortom who still has two and half years to complete his mandate as Governor said he is committed to greater service of the State.
He particularly appreciated Benue people for the support given to his administration to succeed.
