An anonymous source has confirmed that the kidnapped NLC chairman in Taraba State was released at 8:30pm on Sunday evening by his abductors, and a sum of 5million naira was paid as ransome.
The Taraba State NLC chairman was kidnapped on Sunday at 12am in his house at Sunkani, the headquarters of Ardo-Kola Local Government Area of Taraba State .
Recall that two weeks ago, the Local Government Chairman of Ardo-Kola, Salihu Dovo was kidnapped in his Jalingo residence, and later killed by his abductors.
