Nigerian comedian and activist, Debo Adebayo popularly called Mr Macaroni has narrated how the police threatened to kill him and other protesters arrested on Saturday for protesting the reopening of the Lekki toll gate.
In a video posted on his official social media page, Mr Macaroni whose face was still swollen with blood-stained eyes disclosed that the forty protesters were thoroughly beaten and brutalized by the police before they were charged to court and later granted bail.
According to him, his experience has further confirmed that human life in Nigeria has no worth as anyone can be killed without any accountability.

Many Nigerians, including celebrities, have expressed solidarity with Mr Macaroni and others who braved the dangers and the risks to express their feelings about the handling of the Lekki incident.
