Irate Youths in Brighter area in Chanchaga Local Government Area of Niger State, have called for the demolition of Deputy Governor’s private house describing it as an illegal structure.
Most of the Youth’s small scale traders who ignited the destruction were victims of the demolition exercise which was carried out by the State Urban Development Board
One of the victims told the Newsmen that the Board did not served them with any quit notice, hence they lose their goods

Another victim Moses Duniya said they are demanding justice and equity as they also want the private residence of the Deputy Governor to be demolished as it is in the same place where people’s shops were marked for demolition.
