Delta Army killings: Allow displaced villagers return home – Retired AVM

As Christians in Delta State, South-South Nigeria celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, an appeal has again been made on the military to allow displaced villagers in communities under siege to return to their homes.

Retired Air Vice Marshall, Lucky Ochuko, who is presently the Ovie of Umiaghwa, Abraka, in Ethiope East Local Government Area made the plea during his Easter message at the First Baptist Church in Oria Abraka.

The retired military officer and other residents who condemned the Okuama killings sued for peace in the Niger Delta region.

They also called on President Bola Tinubu to do more in his economic reform policies.
