A Village Head and six other persons have been killed by bandits in an attack on Kushaka Community, in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.
The gunmen in large number, stormed Kushaka Village of Kushaka/Kurebe Ward, shooting into the air.
According to the Co-Convener of Shiroro Concerned Youths, Sani Qoqi, fifteen persons were also abducted to unknown destination.

Sani Qoqi adds that, some of the villagers have fled their homes in search of safety at nearby hideouts.
Some of the injured persons are already receiving treatment at different health facilities
