Bauchi State Government has renovated over 200 primary healthcare centres across the 20 local government areas of the State.
Governor Bala Mohammed made this known in continuation of his project inspection tour across the State. He says the intervention is to ensure quality healthcare service delivery
It would be recalled that Governor Mohammed has since declared a state of emergency in the health sector following the deterioration of facilities and inadequate manpower.
Hr said his administration will continue to prioritise effective healthcare service delivery, through the provision of both primary and secondary health facilities, in each local government of the State.
On the issue of inadequate manpower in the sector, Governor Mohammed said that plans have reached an advanced stage for the employment of more healthcare providers across the state, to address the challenge.

He restated the determination of his administration to improve the quality of lives of the people and called for continuous support from all and sundry.
