The Senior Pastor of the Dunamis international Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche has tendered an apology to the woman, Veronica Anyim, who testified of how she graduated as a law students after 10 years in the university.

Enenche, through a statement issued and signed by his personal assistant and secretary, Sylvester Edoh explained that the senior Pastor had reached out to Anyim to apologise for berating her testimony in public .

The Founder of Dunamis noted that his action was based on his and church’s aversion to seeming mediocrity and appearance for untruth during Veronica Ayim’s testiomomy which came under the spur of the moment.

Enenche further reiterated the fact that no harm was intended against Anyim and expressed his regret for the embarrassment which it has caused the testififier.

On Sunday, 14th April,2023, many Nigerians berated Dunamis international Gospel Centre after a viral video surfaced showing the Senior Pastor, Paul Enenche confronting a woman while sharing her testimony at the Sunday’s service of being the first graduate in her family, stating that she obtained a B.sc in Law after ten years in school.

Reacting to her testimony, Enenche openly pointed out that there’s no such degree as a B.Sc in Law, casting doubt on her testimony.

The Senior Pastor asked her to return to her seat, warning people against stepping on the altar to lie.

Less than 24 hours later, evidence of the testimony, in the form of Anyim’s graduation pictures and official documentation emerged on social media.

The development sparked widespread public outrage particularly on the social media with many Nigerians demanding a public apology from Pastor Enenche and the church.
