Some groups of lawyers and human rights activists from equity international are calling on the federal government, to stop administering the Astra Zeneca covid-19 vaccines, until proper medical research is completed and found to be safe.

Speaking with the newsmen in Lagos, the group noted that the disclaimer by the pharmaceutical companies not to be liable to any lawsuit in the event of adverse reaction of the vaccination, speaks volume about the vaccine safety, amidst the growing concerns, which has led to two countries Denmark and Norway, to temporarily stopped the further use of the vaccine.
