About three hundred amputees from different parts of Nigeria have benefitted from the free distribution of prosthetic limbs.
The week-long exercise is a collaborative effort of two Non-Governmental Organizations at the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida Specialist Hospital, Minna, Niger State capital.
Some of the beneficiaries are victims of accidents, which resulted in some losing their arms, while others lost their limbs.
The beneficiaries thanked the NGOs for making life more comfortable and urged other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate them.
The two Non-Governmental Organizations met and came up with the initiative of assisting the Nigerians, residents in Niger State.
