The Bayelsa State GovernorShip Election Petition Tribunal has reserved judgement in a petition filed by the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Timpre Sylva against the re-election of Douye Diri of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as Governor.
Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Adekunle Adeleye announced that the judgement will be delivered within 180 days statutorily allowed by law with all parties in the petition to be communicated as soon as a date is fixed.
