Kaduna State government has handed over five students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanisation, Afaka, recently released by the bandits, to the school.
One of the students who spoke to journalists after they were presented to the school management said, he will not allow the ordeal to affect his education.

The five students are the second batch that regained their freedom from the bandits, after more than three weeks in captivity.
Samaila Ahmed is the father of three of the students that were released.
According to him, his joy knows no bound, after seeing three of his children regain freedom.
One of the students said, he is not deterred by what he experienced in captivity, as he is determined to continue his education.
The Kaduna State government said, the students will undergo psychosocial evaluation, given what they had gone through.
The government also said it will continue to do everything within its reach, to enhance security in the state, as well as secure the release of the remaining students.
