Four female students of the Plateau State University, Bokkos in North Central Nigeria have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
Sources said that gunmen invaded student settlements outside the University campus at about 11 pm local time, on Monday night, when they also shot one Male student, after kidnapping the four female students.
The incident has been confirmed by the Chief Security Officer of the University, Samuel Kurtong.

Plateau State Police Command could not be reached for comment as at the time of filing in this report.
