Zamfara State Governor, Bello Mohammed, has approved the redeployment of two commissioners with immediate effect.
Commissioner For Finance, Rabi’u Garba Gusau, has been moved to the Ministry of Commerce and Industries, while Sufyanu Yuguda was moved in the opposite direction to the Finance Ministry.
A statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Bala Maru, said the affected Commissioners are to take over their new offices on Thursday and submit copies of their handover notes to the office of the Secretary to the State Government.

In another development, the Zamfara State government approved the appointment of Lawal Hussein as Permanent Secretary in the state civil service.
A statement released by the Permanent Secretary, Administration, Office of the Head of Service, Abdullahi Bakura, said the Governor also approved the redeployment of the following Permanent Secretaries; Abubakar Barmo Mafara, from the Ministry of Finance to the Office of the Executive Governor, Kabiru Mohammed Gayari, from the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, to the Ministry of Finance, Garba Altine Dauran, from the Ministry of Commerce and Industries to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, Hamisu Shayau, from the Ministry of Environment and Solid Minerals to the Ministry of Commerce and Industries and Lawal Hussein, from the Administration Department to the Ministry of Environment and Solid Minerals.
