Bandits have reportedly killed fifteen persons in Makara, Layi Kuta District of Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger State.
The bandits were said to have stormed Makara village in large numbers.
The gunmen were also said to have set ablaze, food stores before leaving the village.

A source told ait.live that they could not ascertain the number of persons abducted by the gunmen.
The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun, could not be reached for comments on the incident.
