Celebrity barman, Cubana Chief Priest, whose original name is Pascal Okechukwu, has entered a plea deal with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over the charge of Naira abuse.
Okechukwu is facing charges of Naira abuse after several videos emerged of him spraying money at social events in violation of the CBN Act 2007.
He had entered a not guilty plea to the three counts preferred against him during his arraignment two weeks ago.
At Thursday’s resumed hearing before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court In Lagos, counsel informed the court of the agreement reached with the prosecution, details of which have yet to be fully disclosed.
