The Kaduna State Police Command says one of the abducted students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, Chioma Ibrahim, is critically sick.
According to a statement from the Command Headquarters, most of the victims that regained freedom are sick with some limping as a result of the stress they went through.

The statement said the students were released by their captors at a location close to Yadi Forest in the Giwa Local Government Area of Kaduna state.
The police said it will continue the investigation as the command is working in synergy with security agencies and other concerned individuals and groups to arrest the kidnappers.
The abducted students 20 females and 7 males were finally set free on Wednesday evening and taken to the police clinic in Kaduna for medical examination.
