Fifteen persons have been abducted by bandits in the Gauraka community in Tafa Local Government Area of Niger State.
The bandits, in large number, stormed the community and abducted the residents.

An unspecified number of persons were said to have sustained injuries.
According to one of the residents, a large number of persons have run away for safety.
The residents could not ascertain the number of persons killed in the incident.
The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Wasiu Abiodun could not be reached for comments on the development.
