The Niger State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps has arrested a gang of four criminals involved in manhood mutilation, rape, assault and other criminal activities in Pandogari, Rafi Local Government Area of the state.
The Commandant of the Corps, Joachim Okafor, parading the suspects at the command’s headquarters, said the gang confessed to having cut off the minors’ manhood and for raping the 13-year-old girl, to enable them to acquire charms to make them invincible, and for fortification against any kind of ammunition.
This 2-year-old boy’s manhood was cut off by the four criminal gang, who also abducted a 13-year-old girl, and took turns raping her to fulfil the condition to make them fortified against all kinds of arms and ammunition.
The arrested suspects are 33-year-old Rabiu Murtala, 20-year-old Aliyu Amiru, 19-year-old Suleiman Gambo and 22-year-old Yusufa Murtala.
Nemesis caught up with them two years after they committed the crime, and they are about to face the law, after the 13-year-old girl escaped from captivity and reported the case to her school principal.
The command also added that the girl was drugged before the four suspects took turns raping her.
The father of the boy, Rabiu Aminu and the suspects are family friends.
He is calling on well-meaning Nigerians and other international bodies to assist his son by way of surgery, to get his manhood and live a normal life again.
For the father of the 13-year-old girl, who is a person living with a disability, all they are asking is for justice to be done.
The leader of the gang, 33-year-old Rabiu Murtala, blamed the devil for the act, saying that they were deceived by the herbalist, who said the male organ was to prepare an invincible fortification against all kinds of arms and ammunition.
He also added that they were paid 5 thousand Naira for providing the manhood.
According to him, he is now married with a boy and do not want same fate to befall him.
Although, the said medicine man, Baba Sada, is at large, the command says they will intensify efforts to get him arrested to face the law, and has vowed that the case will not be swept under the rug, until justice is served.
