A Senior Lecturer with the Department of Theatre Arts, University of Jos, Dr. Dan Ella, has been kidnapped by Armed gunmen.
The University Don, was abducted on Wednesday afternoon from his residence around Lamingo, in Jos north Local Government area of Plateau State.
Though the Plateau State Police Command Public Relation officer ASP Gabriel Ubah could not confirm when contacted, However, another lecturer with the Department of Theatre Arts University of Jos, Dankyes Ephraim, confirmed the abduction to ait.live.
He added that the kidnappers had already contacted the lecturer’s family members demanding for 10 million Naira ransom.
