Fubara To Probe Wike’s Administration, Sets Up Panel Of Inquiry

Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara says his administration is going to set up a panel of inquiry to Investigate what he says is the affairs of governance, especially during the last administration in the state.

Governor Fubara, who on Monday presided over the swearing in of a new Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, says there’s no going back on that decision.

Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara presided over the swearing in of Danagogo Iboroma into his cabinet

The event is coming a few hours after Iboroma was screened and confirmed by the Victor Oko-Jumbo led State House of Assembly.

The senior advocate of Nigeria replaces Professor Zaccheus Adango, who resigned as the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice after he rejected his deployment to the Ministry of Special Duties (Governor’s Office)

Governor Fubara wants the new Attorney General to defend the interest of Rivers State at all times, even as he informs him of the big task ahead

The Rivers State Governor also speaks on why there has not been any resolution to the political disagreement in the state

Not deterred, Governor Fubara says he intends to leave office with a good name

Sim Fubara is also calling on the people to unite and defend Rivers State from those who are only interested in looting the state
