NDLEA warns Kano youths to shun drugs

Nigerian youths have been advised to save their lives and the future, by doing away with illicit drugs, capable of destroying their dreams.

The advice was given by the Kano State Commandant of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Isah Muhammad, during a rally, organized to mark the 2021 International Day Against Drug Abuse And Illicit Trafficking.

The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking is inculcate moral standards and value in individuals around the world especially youths.

In Kano, a Joint Taskforce personnel, including NYSC members went round the city sensitizing the people against the dangers of drug abuse.

The State Commandant of the NDLEA, Isah Muhammad said they are concerned about the impact of the illicit drug on the people, which necessitated the walk.

The theme for this years International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking is to share facts about drugs. Save lives!
