The umbrella body of employers in the organised private sector in Nigeria, the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA) has demanded that the rule of law should be allowed to prevail on the issue of National Minimum wage, as stipulated in the ILO Convention 131.
Speaking in Lagos on Wednesday, the Director General of NECA, Oyerinde Adewale-Smart said the document submitted by the tripartite committee to President Tinubu was an alignment of interests and not an agreement.
